Enquiries and briefs
Name, reply contact, task details, indicative budget and launch date – to respond, prepare an estimate and negotiate a contract.
Hourly work and payments
Receipt email, hours, amount, order ID, payment ID and status – to create an order, issue a receipt and confirm payment. Card details are entered with T‑Bank and never received by RANT.
Website operation and language
IP address, request time, page address, browser and device data, technical logs and an approximate country code – to deliver and secure the site, diagnose errors and select English, Russian or Arabic.
Cookies and analytics
Local records store cookie and language choices. After consent, Yandex Metrica processes visits, navigation, clicks and device details; Webvisor records page actions while marked form fields remain masked.
3. Legal grounds
We process data with the data subject’s consent, to take steps toward and perform a contract at the subject’s request, to comply with legal duties, and for legitimate website-security interests where these do not override the subject’s rights.
Consent in the contact form is separate: the user actively selects an empty checkbox next to the consent text. Refusal does not restrict browsing but prevents submission of the brief through the form.
4. Operations and retention
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorised processors, restriction, deletion and destruction by automated, non-automated or mixed means.
- enquiry data – until the conversation and purpose are complete or consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis applies;
- contract and payment data – for the periods required by civil, tax and accounting law;
- technical logs and country-code lookup results – only as long as needed for security, diagnostics and language selection;
- cookie and manual language choices – until the user changes them, clears browser storage or a new consent mechanism is released.
When the purpose is achieved, data is deleted or anonymised within legally required periods unless another lawful ground requires continued storage.
5. Data recipients and transfers
Data is shared only as necessary to operate the site and provide services: hosting and email providers, Telegram for delivering a brief to the controller, infrastructure contractors, T‑Bank when payment is selected, Yandex Metrica after analytics consent, and IPWhois for deriving an approximate country code used solely for automatic language selection.
Telegram delivery and the IP country lookup may involve cross-border transfer. The controller must complete any procedures required by applicable law before such processing and keep regulatory notifications current.
RANT does not sell personal data and does not use brief data for marketing messages without separate consent.
6. Security
We apply appropriate legal, organisational and technical measures, including access controls, encrypted connections, infrastructure monitoring, backups, software updates and incident response. Access is limited to people who need it for the stated purpose.
7. Your rights
You may request information, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send a request to info@rant.ae. To protect your data, we may ask for information confirming identity and the connection to the relevant data.
8. Policy changes
The current version is always available at rant.ae/privacy. Material changes are marked with a new revision date.
